Watch later

Found an explainer you don't have time for right now? Save it, and it waits for you in the Saved tab on scrimba.com/explain.

Saving an explainer

Click Save under the video. The button changes to Saved. You can also save an explainer from:

  • the cog icon in the player,
  • the right-click menu on the explainer, as Save to Watch later,
  • the bookmark icon on its tile, without opening it.

Each lesson in a playlist is its own explainer, with its own Save button.

Saving needs a Scrimba account. If you're signed out, Scrimba asks you to sign in first, then saves the explainer.

Finding what you saved

Open the Saved tab on the explain page. The most recently saved explainers come first. The tab only appears when you're signed in.

Your Watch later list is private. Nobody else can see what you saved, and saves aren't counted anywhere public.

If you lose access to a saved explainer, for example because its owner makes it private, it disappears from your list.

Removing a save

Click Saved under the video, or choose Remove from Watch later from the cog or right-click menu. Clicking the bookmark icon on a tile removes it too.
