Follow-ups

When a lesson reaches its end, a card appears with a few questions to carry on with. The explainer writes them itself, as part of the lesson, so they follow what it just taught instead of being generic. Pick one and it becomes a new explainer, with the lesson you just finished handed in as context. There's also a box for a question of your own, for when the suggestions aren't what you were wondering about.

If the lesson has a quiz, the card waits for you to answer it.

Go deeper does the related job mid-lesson: you open it yourself, and it anchors to the slide you're on rather than the whole lesson.

In a playlist

When the explainer is part of a playlist, the card offers the next lesson instead, and rolls into it on its own after a few seconds. Dismiss the card to stay where you are.

Explainers you haven't claimed yet

If you opened the explainer from a claim link, one made through ChatGPT or a coding agent, the card offers to save it to your profile rather than showing follow-ups. See Privacy, claiming and sharing.
