Ask for an explainer in the language you think in, and the whole lesson comes in that language, narrated by a voice that speaks it: a Spanish explainer gets a Spanish voice, not an English voice reading Spanish words.
Asking for a language
Ask in the language you want, and the whole lesson follows: slide titles, the text on each slide, and the narration. Explica cómo funciona DNS gets a Spanish explainer, narrated by a Spanish voice.
You can also ask in one language for another: explain closures in Japanese works too. Code, identifiers, and filenames stay as they are, since those are the same in every language.
Which languages
The voices come from our speech providers, so the languages available are the ones they have voices for, and the list grows as they add more. Today that is 33:

Explain picks a voice native to the language where it can. How many voices exist per language differs, so widely spoken ones have more variety to pick from.
Ask for a language with no voice yet and the narration falls back to English. The slides are still written in the language you asked for.
