The Scrimba Python course teaches through interactive lessons you write and run directly in the browser. These docs are the text companion: the same concepts written out in full, with more depth, more examples, and something to search whenever you need a quick answer.

The two are designed to work together. The lessons make concepts concrete through doing. The docs let you slow down, read carefully, and go further. Use one to reinforce the other.

⚙️ Docs your own way

On the chapter pages you'll find a Level switcher in the Preferences option located in the bottom right toolbar. Set it to Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced based on how in depth you want to read. You can also change the language and font size too.

Beginners get plain explanations and careful analogies. Intermediate and Advanced readers get more depth, internals, and edge cases. The core content is the same for everyone: the level just controls how far each section goes.
